Ruijian Petroleum Equipment (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. can provide API products such as oil casing & tubing, couplings, and pup joints etc.At present, we have 4 automated production lines for casing & tubing and 1 intelligent production line for external upset end(EUE) and 1 production line for coupling . It can process and supply oil casing&tubing, couplings and pup joint with outer diameters ranging from 2-3/8" to 20", which can meet various steel grades and thread types such as J55, K55,N80, L80,L80-9Cr, L80-13Cr,P110,Q125 etc steel grade.
Production & Quality Control
We implement full-process management from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery.
Our workshop is equipped with CNC threading machines, pipe upsetting equipment, heat treatment units and other production facilities to manufacture API 5CT casing and tubing, including EUE tubing, in accordance with API standards.
For quality control, we have an independent testing laboratory and complete inspection equipment. Every batch undergoes chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, NDT non-destructive flaw detection, hydrostatic pressure test and thread dimension verification.
All inspection records and mill test certificates (MTC) will be supplied with shipments.

API5CT K55 OIL CASING
K55 casing is widely used for shallow and medium-depth oil & gas wells. It has stable mechanical performance and good cost efficiency. All pipes pass strict NDT, hydrostatic pressure test and full material inspection in accordance with API 5CT standards.
API5CT L80 OIL CASING
L80 casing is designed for medium and deep wells with mild sour service. It has controlled hardness, which offers good resistance to sulfide stress cracking under low H₂S conditions. It features stable collapse resistance and tensile performance.
API5CT P110 OIL CASING
P110 casing features high tensile & collapse resistance, designed for deep oil and gas wells under harsh downhole conditions. Each pipe is subject to NDT, hydrostatic test and material verification to meet API 5CT requirements
