Quality control is the core guarantee for the service safety and long-term stability of API 5CT oil casing. 1.Raw Material Inspection

All steel raw materials are strictly checked through chemical composition analysis and dimensional verification. We ensure all steel grades including J55, N80, L80 and P110 fully comply with standard requirements, providing stable toughness and corrosion resistance for downhole working conditions.

2.Mechanical Performance Testing

Each batch of casing undergoes tensile test, hardness test and impact test. These inspections guarantee excellent compressive strength, tensile resistance and deformation resistance, effectively minimizing pipe body failure risks in complex oilfield environments.

3.NDT Non-Destructive Testing

100% non-destructive inspection is performed on all finished casings. Ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing eliminate internal cracks, inclusions and invisible defects. This procedure greatly reduces hidden dangers such as downhole leakage and structural damage.

4.Hydrostatic Pressure Test

Every single casing passes independent hydrostatic testing with standard pressure holding time. This simulates real downhole high-pressure conditions to ensure zero leakage, no deformation and stable tightness of pipe body and threads.

5.Thread Precision Inspection

Thread quality directly affects sealing performance. We adopt professional API thread gauges to check taper, pitch and thread surface finish. Accurate thread processing ensures perfect connection and reliable sealing, avoiding thread loosening and fluid leakage during operation.

6.Dimensional & Appearance Final Check

Before shipment, our quality team rechecks pipe diameter, wall thickness, straightness and surface quality. Only qualified products with complete marking and smooth surface will be approved for delivery.
